Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Cisco Webex and CCaaS products
- Experience in integrating Parloa Conversational AI
- Looking for candidates with at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and at least 5+ in Cisco platforms.
- Strong experience in migrating and managing contact center applications on Cisco Webex CCE.
- Integrated and set up the conversational AI systems like Parloa with Cisco Webex CCE.
- Ability to understand bottlenecks and troubleshoot the systems.
- Fluent in setting up Call Flows, Incorporating Natural Language, Configuring ACD, IVR, TFN, SIP Trunks, etc.
- Worked in Onsite–Offshore model working closely with cross‑functional teams across different geographies.
Salary Range: $110,000–$140,000 a year
