Regional Operations Leader: Production & Customer Care

** Directs and coordinates, through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with production and delivery of products, utilizing knowledge of products and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment.
* Computer skills sufficient to efficiently perform the job requirements.
* Ability to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures pertinent to the operation of the Branch.
* Ability to understand and carry out process descriptions applicable to the job.
* Ability to interface and communicate well. (Oral and written).Skills commensurate with a college degree in an engineering or technical field, or equivalent.

Five to ten years plant management experience in a chemical or related industry.

Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to work cooperatively with other branches, departments, and personnel in meeting customer needs.
