Your next roleAs an Associate Civil Engineer and key member of our North American Civil Infrastructure team, you'llleadthe design and development of civil engineering solutions. Your role will involve:

• Technical Contributions:Provide technical input and innovative solutions for challenging engineering problems, particularly in sustainable and resilient design.
• Project Management:Manage complex and multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical quality and adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Client Relations:Lead client interactions, helping to understand their needs and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
• Quality Assurance:Contribute to maintaining high standards of work across projects.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration:Lead collaboration efforts with experts from various disciplines, including geotechnical engineering, transportation planning, environmental engineering, economics, sustainability, mobility, and energy to develop holistic solutions.
• Innovation:Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in civil engineering.
• Sustainability Focus:Support sustainable and green infrastructure practices, ensuring their integration into projects.
• Professional Development:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their technical and professional development while continuing to advance your own expertise.
• Advisory Services:Provide expert consultation to clients, government agencies, and partner organizations on complex infrastructure challenges, sustainable design strategies, and resilience planning. Represent Buro Happold in high-level discussions and decision-making processes that shape the future of urban environments.
• Strategic Team Planning:
  Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for the Civil Infrastructure Team, identifying emerging trends and opportunities for innovation

Your skills and experience

• Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Experience:8+ years in progressively challenging…
