PIPELINE Medical Manufacturing Repair Technician

Our client, a leader in medical device support and repair, is seeking a Repair Technician to join their team. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of the Service Operations team supporting device repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-4:30PM

• Perform activities necessary for the repair, refurbishment, and upgrade of medical devices, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Document repair activities, complaint investigations, and device history accurately using the device tracking system (Oracle).

• Assist with product complaint investigations (PCI) and analyze device failures to identify true root causes.

• Support training of new employees on key service processes and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with QA, Customer Service, and engineering teams to resolve process and product issues.

• High School diploma or GED; technical degree preferred or equivalent experience

• 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environments.

• Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, reading schematics, and using testing tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and work in a hands-on environment with high attention to detail.
