Join Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering solutions, in our Houston, TX office. We’re expanding our civil commercial development portfolio and seeking a Senior Civil Engineer PE to lead and manage complex projects across Texas.

The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, managing project execution, and fostering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and grow the civil engineering practice in the Houston region; expand client base through strong business development activities.
• Lead and mentor a high‑performing team, building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Oversee project management and delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and commercial objectives are met.
• Engage directly with clients, design staff, and regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.

• 12+ years of experience delivering civil site development projects in the Houston area.
• P.E. license in Civil Engineering.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business development.
• Experience managing complex project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety and fostering a positive work environment.

Salary range: $136,086 – $165,000 (dependent on experience, education, budget, and location).
