The Project Engineer is responsible for providing organization, planning, and support to all project management efforts to meet the operational goals of SR Construction according to the “expectations” for the Project Manager. Responsible for efficient delivery of the “SR Built” process without sacrificing the company’s commitment to quality, integrity, and profits consistent with the objectives of SR Construction. As a project engineer for SR Construction, we will empower you to do what you do best --- solve problems and drive outcomes.

We are looking for top-notch talent to help us deliver on‑time, on‑spec, and on‑budget projects as we rapidly grow. This is a “roll up your sleeves and gets it done” job for someone who wants to be in control of their own destiny.

• Managing the BIM process and coordinating 3D and shop drawings.
• Managing & review all submittals adhered to Project Design Documents.
• Assist Superintendent and subcontractors in developing the project schedule.
• Assist the project manager in reviewing plans and specifications to create scopes of work for contracts.
• Managing all project Design Documents, including all related work processes documentation.
• Manage all RFI documentations.
• Manage Field Daily Reports, Inspections, and Project Photos.
• Coordinate Owner and Architect, including OAC meetings and creating of minutes.
• Managing all permits to ensure the project schedule is not impacted.
• Managing project closeout, O&M’s, warranties, lien releases, punch list items, extra products, and key control.
• Assist the project manager with all project financial documentation.

• Procore Certified.
• Autocad Revit and 3D modeling software.
• Proficient Microsoft Office, Outlook;
  Sure Trak;
  Procore Construction Management;
  Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Bluebeam.
• Excellent communication skills a must, both verbal and written.

• College degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Hour & CPR/ First Aid/ AED Certification (Or willingness to obtain).

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in an office environment with a quiet, moderate noise level.
• All mobility motions are required occasionally to stand, walk, Jobsite walks, sitting, stooping, reaching with arms, hands. Range of motion and physical activity occasionally occurring throughout the workday.
• Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, adjust focus.
• Must be able to lift/ carry up to 40 lbs. occasionally (Any push/pull required here).
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
