Testing Research and Development

Graduate Engineering Program – Four High Impact Rotations (2‑year rotational program in Research, Development, and Design)

MUST BE A NEW GRADUATE FROM AN ENGINEERING PROGRAM. Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Mechatronics). Completion of the FE exam within the program and eligibility to obtain PE licensure within six years. Ability to travel internationally, including a three‑month assignment.

• Field Success Engineering:
  Apply engineering skills in live slurry circuits (pumps, valves, cyclones) to boost performance and feed real field data back into product design.
• Project Management Office (PMO):
  Master the full project lifecycle—phase gates, planning, and delivery—using industry‑standard tools on meaningful engineering initiatives.
• Service Engineering & Product Management:
  Partner with customers and product leaders to turn real‑world needs into product roadmaps, sharpening technical and commercial edge.
• Design Engineering & Test Centre/Lab:
  Run experiments and prototype evaluations, connecting test results directly to design improvements and new product development.
• Safety First:
  Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of developing a world‑class safety culture.
• Assist with design, development, and project execution.
• Research, analyze data, and provide insights.
• Conduct quality tests and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Engage in continuous learning and development.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
