Field Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Engineer based in Salt Lake City, UT. This role involves extensive regional travel to gain hands-on construction engineering and management experience in geotechnical and deep foundation construction. It is ideal for civil engineers interested in a career that combines design, construction management, and fieldwork, with opportunities to develop into a Project Manager role.

• Travel extensively within the region to oversee construction projects
• Gain practical experience in geotechnical and deep foundation construction
• Support project planning, execution, and management in the field

• BSc in Civil Engineering (MS preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge
• Problem-solving skills and common sense
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Commercial awareness
• Proactive attitude with a 'get-it-done' mindset
• Ability to handle hectic and changing schedules
• Willingness to travel extensively for up to three years
• Aspiring to become a Project Manager in the future

Compensation: $72,000 - $82,000 annually, flexible based on experience
