Job DetailsWe’re looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Estimator to join our team and lead the pursuit of complex public infrastructure projects. You’ll play a key role in developing competitive bids, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and shaping the strategies behind our project wins.
What You’ll Do- Lead the estimating process from bid strategy through final submission
- Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to develop accurate cost estimates
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and ensure competitive pricing
- Prepare estimates for all stages of design
- Support project teams with budget, scope, and scheduling insights
- 7+ years in heavy civil estimating or project management
- Strong background in public works
- Hands‑on experience with earthwork, utilities, bridges, and retaining walls
- Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid, AGTEK, AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office
- Solid understanding of CPM scheduling and construction workflows
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
