• Lead the BIM designers in preparation of engineering drawings.
• Create or modify DIV 27 specifications.
• Conduct site visits and review technical documents.
• Sign and seal telecommunications design packages.
• Mentor other team members.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify processes to improve department efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Communication Engineering from an ABET‑accredited college.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience designing or leading design of telecommunications structured cabling systems.
• Thorough knowledge of ANSI/TIA, BICSI, NFPA 70 and related standards.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with RFPs.
• Experience in quality assurance and commissioning of telecommunications systems.
• Budget and schedule creation and maintenance experience.
• PE license required; multiple PE licenses a plus.

• 4 years telecommunications design experience in data centers.
• Experience with low voltage systems: security, A/V, wireless.
• Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks design software platforms.
• Experience with control systems and security systems infrastructure.
• Credential as an RCDD.
