What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
- Creating personalized, motivational sessions that engage students and foster a lifelong passion for reading
- Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools
- Following pre-scripted curricula or adhering to published scope-and-sequence frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a passion for reading in young students
- Bachelor s degree
- Master s degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary learners
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond effectively to student behavior within these systems
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
