Overview
Employee Development Specialist 3 – Aerospace
Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Onsite) |
Duration: 12 Months
Pay: $50/hr. on W2
We are seeking an Employee Development Specialist to deliver technical training, conduct coaching sessions, and support workforce development in aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include delivering classroom/hands-on training, customizing course materials, assessing learner performance, and ensuring training meets safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements- 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing or support
- Experience in coaching/training or employee development
- Ability to read blueprints/work instructions

Structural/Electrical/Systems experience, Lean certification, hands-on mechanical skills
