Create workshops that expand literacy reach. Lead adaptive reading workshops and develop original evidence-based lessons independently. Work with the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools. This role emphasizes personalized reading intervention over scripted curricula and aims to scale impact to hundreds of learners.

• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build foundational competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Reviewing student performance data to refine your methods continually and identify actionable insights
• Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI-powered literacy tools

Following pre-scripted curricula or published scope-and-sequence frameworks.

Cultivate a passion for reading in young learners.

• Bachelor's degree
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, grouping students, and creating differentiated instruction without reliance on pre-written curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student behaviors within these systems
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
