Overview
On-campus position in Chantilly (Washington), VA;

- Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Create personalized engagement sessions that resonate with children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
- Review student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and generate practical recommendations.
- Collaborate with the technology team to assess and refine AI-based literacy platforms.
- Implementing pre-packaged curricula or publisher-provided scope-and-sequence frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a passion for reading in early-stage learners.
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree or specialized certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or comparable credential)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small-group reading intervention to students in early elementary grades
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate reading proficiency, organize student groups, and create differentiated instruction independently of pre-written materials
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Prepared to work on-site at one of our locations:
Chantilly (Washington), VA;
San Francisco, CA; or New York City, NY

Working with UsThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
