The Project Coordinator supports the College of Health’s student success and academic initiatives by managing a diverse portfolio of projects that span recruitment, convocation, curriculum support, student experience, and operational efficiency. This role coordinates the planning, execution, and assessment of programs that impact student recruitment, retention, and graduation, working closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to ensure alignment, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Through data-informed decision-making, strong collaboration, and hands-on project management, the Coordinator helps ensure that students receive a high-quality, well-supported educational experience from enrollment through completion.

  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and execution of student success programs and initiatives.
  • Administers, oversees, and coordinates the activities of a range of smaller scale operating and support projects, as assigned.
  • Gathers facts, researches issues, analyzes potential solutions on matters of efficiency.
  • Monitors project status and resource utilization and recommends changes to improve effectiveness.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and other departments, to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
