Alpha is committed to transforming education—and we are seeking an accomplished leader to unlock new possibilities for our students. If you excel at developing high-performing teams and possess genuine passion for innovative youth development, this opportunity offers a platform for meaningful impact.
This role grants you the autonomy and resources to elevate our research-backed learning model. Grounded in learning science and enhanced by adaptive technology, we are expanding the boundaries of educational achievement. Your expertise will be essential in bringing this vision to reality.
You will serve as the strategist, the mentor, and the driving force behind our Guides—the learning facilitators on the front lines who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, through the creation of implementation playbooks, feedback systems, and the demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.
Consider the opportunity to apply elite coaching capabilities alongside hands‑on youth development expertise. Consider directing a team dedicated to ensuring students not only achieve but flourish—discovering latent abilities and essential life competencies. If you have exceeded benchmarks, revitalized underperforming initiatives, or accomplished what others deemed unattainable, you belong here.
