You will serve as the catalyst, the coach, and the architect behind our Guides – the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing playbook development, feedback systems, and demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Training and cultivating a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality
• Developing Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students  learning through adaptive applications; your priority is training them to become outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – if our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility
• Conducting dull training sessions – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience creating and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with the ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA;
  Las Vegas, NV;
  Nashville, TN;
  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
