You have seen how effective reading instruction works—and you have recognized that the limitation isn’t the method, but the ability to deliver it ha School is building an AI-powered, scalable literacy program that produces more measurable reading gains in 2 hours than conventional schools achieve in an entire day. You will design adaptive workshop models, interpret live student performance data, and partner with engineering teams to create literacy technology that extends your reach to hundreds of learners.

This position merges direct student instruction with innovative program design, allowing you to influence individual literacy journeys while constructing a framework that delivers foundational reading skills across multiple school sites.

• Conduct adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension
• Create personalized motivational experiences that engage children and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading
• Evaluate student performance metrics to iteratively improve instructional methods and generate meaningful insights
• Partner with technology teams to assess and refine AI-powered literacy platforms

• Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students
• Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula
• Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work on-site at one of our campuses:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
