Overview
The Department of Neurology is offering General Neurologist opportunities at an outstanding academic medical center serving a 5-state region, a referral center for an area approximating 10% of the United States land mass and a population of about 7 million. The position requires BE/BC in Neurology and is in the Clinical Track, with opportunity to develop personal areas of interest in clinical research, teaching, etc.
PositionDetails
Appointment rank will be dependent upon qualifications. Practice will be based at the University outpatient clinics and may entail affiliations with community clinics. Opportunities exist to collaborate with a range of neurology sub-specialists and to contribute to medical school, residency, and fellowship education. Consult Service and Ward time are optional, and call may be non-existent depending on professional preferences. Compensation is comparable to academic institutions and the benefits packages are generous.
Local amenities include outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, and university events and culture.
