About this role:

As a Physician in Otolaryngology you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will practice General ENT in a clinic setting alongside Audiology and Primary Care.

• This position includes astarting salary of $515,000 annually, $30,000
  sign-on bonus,up to $20,000
  in relocation assistance, a generous salary with additional compensation once on productivity

• You will practice at our Salt Lake ENT Clinic in Salt Lake City, UT

• Your hours will be (5) 8.0 hour days per week seeing up to 26 - 30 patients per day

• Call is 1:6

What youll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• U.S. ACGME Residency training in Otolaryngology
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time
