At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative helps guests select the right cake for celebrations and ensures orders are accurate and delivered smoothly. You’ll create a welcoming environment and contribute to a community of generosity, happiness, and joy.

• Assist guests with cake selections and take and process orders.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and foster a positive guest experience.
• Support the team in daily bakery operations and customer service.
