Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spanish Call Specialist based in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. The Spanish Call Specialist will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist Spanish-speaking customers, resolve queries, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include documenting interactions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering clear communication to ensure client satisfaction and uphold service standards.
- Fluency in Spanish to provide seamless customer service
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Problem-solving abilities and experience in handling customer queries and providing solutions
- Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
- Customer service orientation and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in call center operations or customer support roles is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multitasking efficiently.
