We are looking for an energetic individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Success Manager, with a large focus on customer support. In this role, you will be the first line of assistance for our users, helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly support.

In addition to frontline support, you will assist the broader Customer Success team by managing our one-to-many customer relationships. You will help drive engagement at scale through customer communications, training resources, and product marketing aligned activities. This hybrid support and success role ensures customers get what they need quickly while enabling senior Customer Success Managers to focus on deeper strategic accounts.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as a Tier 1 support and success resource, responding to frontline customer inquiries and troubleshooting early-stage issues
  • Address customer questions and concerns to help optimize their use of the platform
  • Provide clear, timely, and friendly communication to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Own and manage one-to-many customer relationships, driving engagement across a broad customer base
  • Help customers understand how our platform supports their workflows and delivers value
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Help demonstrate product value to increase retention and encourage deeper adoption
  • Support senior Customer Success Managers by handling initial questions and freeing them to focus on strategic accounts
  • Assist in tracking customer analytics to monitor and improve customer health scores
Required Experience:
  • Prior experience working in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
  • Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
  • Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3x/week
