Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service while providing accurate information regarding depositor accounts, programs, policies, and processes. This role involves responding to inquiries from customers, prospective customers, financial institutions, business partners, and internal stakeholders. You will process account-related requests, applications, and communications through phone, email, and written correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information on deposit products and services
  • Perform timely and accurate follow-up on account inquiries
  • Demonstrate strong problem-resolution and customer advocacy skills
  • Report conditions impacting customer satisfaction
  • Escalate exceptional service cases and customer complaints as appropriate
  • Maintain strong organization, communication skills, and attention to detail
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some banking experience or a strong customer service background
  • Excellent knowledge of business processes, procedures, and department systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong composure and professionalism when resolving complex customer issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to consistently meet individual, team, and department goals
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
