Monday-Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm (Full-Time)

As a Customer Service Specialist at West Shore Home you will ensure that each interaction with our customers exceeds expectations. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with the Regional Operations Department.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls daily, establishing long‑term relationships with our customer base.
• Respond to customer requests (phone, e‑mail, website, and internal company staff) for support regarding previously installed products.
• Report customer escalations and emergencies directly to the General Manager and Customer Service Manager.
• Order necessary parts through manufacturers and schedule service visits when needed.
• Keep customers aware of any service‑related schedule changes.

The hourly pay for this position is $20 – $22 per hour. Please note that the pay range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
