Resolut is hiring aContent Creatorto elevate the quality and consistency of our visual storytelling across every client-facing channel. This role is based in our Murray, Utahoffice and works closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support firmwide growth.
You will create high-quality graphics, photography, and videothat strengthens our brand, improves proposal and pursuit materials,showcase sour portfolio, and supports digital campaigns.
You’llwork across studios and teams to capture the work we do, the people behind it, and the value we deliver to clients, then turn that into content that helps us win work.
This role is ideal for a versatile creator who can plan, shoot, design, edit, and deliver content consistently, with strong attention to quality and brand standards.
What You’llOwnYou willbe responsible for producing and maintaining
Resolut’svisual content library and supporting execution across marketing and business development efforts, including:
Visual Content Production (Design, Photo, Video)
- Create graphics and visual assets for campaigns, social, website, proposals, and internal needs
- Capture and edit photo and video content across projects, teams, and events
- Produce short-form and long-form video content (interviews, project highlights, studio spotlights, culture content, case studies, thought leader pieces, client value addassets)
- Maintain a consistent look and feel across all media
- Build andmaintaina strong, organized project portfolio and asset library
- Develop project stories that highlight outcomes, differentiators, and client value
- Coordinate with studios and project teams to gather visuals, results, and key details
- Ensure photos and visualsrepresentthe quality of our work and brand
- Follow and reinforce
Resolut’sbrand standards across all visuals and deliverables - Helpmaintaintemplates and design systems to ensure consistency across studios and offices
- Raise the standard of quality and consistency across client-facing content
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to support campaigns withtimelyassets
- Help plan monthly content needs across studios and growth initiatives
- Coordinate with fractional copywriters as needed; you will contribute writing when appropriate (captions, summaries, short bios, project blurbs)

Education:
Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, film, journalism, or a related field is a plus.
Evidence of capabilities through an excellentportfolioisrequired.
- 2+ yearsof content creation experience (in-house or agency), ideally in B2B or professional services
- Demonstrated portfolio of graphic design, photo, and/or video work
- Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar)
- Strong photo/video capture and editing skills
- Ability to plan and execute content independently (concept to final delivery)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and balancing competing priorities
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Basic website/content publishing experience (Word Press)
- Experience using AI tools to improve creative workflows
