Creative Designer

We’re looking for a Creative Designer with strong visual taste, solid conceptual thinking, and a genuine love for craft—someone who cares as much about typography, layout, and systems as they do about ideas. You should be comfortable moving fast, collaborating openly, and iterating without ego. This role is ideal for a strong mid-to-senior level designer who can own projects independently while collaborating closely with Creative Directors.

A successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience designing for various mediums and loves bringing design ideas to life through creativity, enthusiasm, and collaboration! This person will work closely with our creative directors and agency teams and must be located in Utah.

• Lead the creation of conceptual, digital, print, and social designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Contribute to the development of visual concepts for client campaigns, ensuring design aligns with strategic objectives and the brand.
• Develop and maintain high design standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across every project and deliverable.
• Passionate about design craftsmanship, strong typography, and concept-led visual systems—not just making things look cool or trendy.
• Translate creative concepts into a wide range of deliverables, including digital ads, print collateral, out-of-home placements, social content, email templates, presentations, and more.
• Prepare final production files for both print and digital executions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specs.
• Support the creative team with pitch decks, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, copywriters, account managers, and media planners to ensure design intent is carried through to final delivery.

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience as a designer. Agency experience is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing examples of your design work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Familiarity with print and digital ad production standards, including file formats and platform specs.
• Experience working with complex clients or high-visibility brands.
• Experience in the travel and tourism or biomedical industries is a plus!
