    • Collaborative mindset: enjoy working across product, marketing, and engineering teams
    • Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, eager to learn, iterate, and innovate
    • Problem solving: capable of owning and solving issues proactively
  • You should have

    • Fluency in 2D design tools:
Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
    • Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual hierarchy

    • Experience with motion design:
      After Effects, Motion, etc.

    • Experience with in multiple disciplines is celebrated
  • What Success Looks Like

    • Stories are consistent across formats—from static images to motion visualizations
