General Superintendent - Mission Critical

Big-D Mission Critical has an opportunity for a General Superintendent who has experience building large, complex projects or data center projects. This position can be based in Salt Lake City, UT or in a traveling role.

• 10+ years field leadership experience
• Management of large, complex construction sites
• Mission critical or data center projects preferred
• Campus-scale programs preferred
• Phased turnover experience preferred

• Leads overall field execution
• Reviews SOPs and MOPs for constructability and sequencing
• Lead and manage the construction team on-site to ensure project goals are met
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure all work is performed according to standards
• Manage MEP systems installation and inspections
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues that arise
