Estimator​/Installation Coordinator

Madison Interior Finishes is a flooring company specializing in the installation of carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and LVP flooring for both residential and commercial customers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a Project Coordinator / Estimator role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination:
  Oversee all aspects of flooring projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with customers, installers, and vendors.
• Material Purchasing:
  Procure flooring materials from vendors based on project requirements and budget constraints.
• Estimating:
  Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate estimates for flooring projects.
• Customer Interaction:
  Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
• Installation Coordination:
  Manage installation crews, ensuring timely and quality installations.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Handle various administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, generating reports, and maintaining project documentation.
• Lead Generation:
  Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer software (e.g., Google Suite, project management tools)
• Experience in the flooring or construction industry (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:
