In this position, you will take ownership of the pre‑construction estimating process for multi‑million‑dollar heavy civil projects, including highways, bridges, DOT projects, large‑scale private developments, and large‑scale infrastructure builds. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping winning bids and ensuring successful project launches.

• Lead the development of detailed, accurate cost estimates for complex infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners and subcontractors, to identify cost‑effective solutions.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and market conditions to create competitive and precise bids.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize project delivery and help secure landmark contracts.

• Extensive experience in heavy civil construction estimating

• A track record of delivering estimates for projects exceeding $50M in scope.
• Proficiency with leading estimating software and tools.
