This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salt Lake City, UT, for a Business Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, manage key initiatives, and ensure smooth program execution. The responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, implementing efficient practices, managing financial activities, and using analytical tools to track and improve operational performance. Collaboration with leadership to drive organization growth and achieve business goals is also a critical component of this role.

• Proven experience in Business Operations and Operations Management, with strong organizational and leadership skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in Program Management, including strategic planning and execution of complex projects
• Knowledge and expertise in Finance, including the ability to manage budgets and optimize financial performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in health and safety technology or related industries is advantageous
