• Manage the product development process from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with project plans for new product initiatives
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps, collaborating with industry analysts and internal teams for prioritization and market positioning
• Create "go to market" strategies and pricing models for existing and new products, considering competitive analysis and client value propositions
• Collect and analyze market research to inform product strategy and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product design and ensure alignment with market needs

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in business product services or external customer/market experience
• Relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science, or a combination of relevant training and/or experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in managing product initiatives and understanding of market dynamics
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate complex data and situations

• Experience in a software development environment or professional services role
• Background in software or IT, with direct experience in software development, testing, and/or business analysis
• Familiarity with Agile software products and delivery methodology
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain external relationships
• Experience in developing business cases and product strategies
