  • Work with Product Management to GTM and packaging details within CRM and quoting systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day operational questions, providing guidance on quoting, territory rules, or workflow steps.
  • Coordinate training programs that strengthen sales team capability, product knowledge, and operational accuracy.
  • Engage with clients as needed to provide quotes, proposals, and support in advancing sales opportunities.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce and related sales tools, supporting user questions and small-scale configuration updates.
  • Identify system enhancement opportunities and gather requirements for process automation or tool improvements.
  • Monitor opportunity compliance, ensuring data entry adheres to internal policies and required fields are completed at each stage.
  • Ensure proper documentation storage for audits, revenue reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain internal SLAs for quoting, escalations, and approval routing.
  • Monitor open quotes and proactively follow up with reps or customers to maintain pipeline momentum.
