Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well–structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands–on rotations in various departments.

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:
  Have an active driver’s license;
  Be at least 21 years of age;
  Obtain a DOT medical certification;
  Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.
• Preferred:
  Co‑op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role; A business or otherwise related academic major; A leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities;
  Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.
