Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- perform ALL light line maintenance repairs including:
Basic Oil/filters, Brakes, batteries, tires/balance, all fluid exchange services, in-depth multi-point inspections, and alignments. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while leading a team of express employees by coaching/training and devolving ALL express employees.
- Also performing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
