Tire Technician

Overview

If you want your hard work appreciated. If you are customer service and quality job oriented, we are the place for you to work! We prefer multiple years of experience. This position requires a mechanically minded person that can lift heavy assemblies, knows how to mount, balance, and recognize problems with passenger and light truck tires. You MUST have a driver's license as we shuttle customers, deliver tires, and pick up parts as needed in our day to day business also.

Must have a clean presentation as interaction with customers occurs on a daily basis. We are a top notch service provider so you must also be service and detail oriented. Having a State inspection license and an IM certification will earn you more! Should you not have your licenses yet, we will help you get them!! If you have these qualifications, we would be interested in making you a part of our team.

Must be able to follow industry standards for installation, repair, and replacement of tires. A self motivated individual that can recognize what needs to be done and jumps in to get it taken care of. We only work Monday thru Friday!!

• Lift heavy assemblies and handle tires.
• Mount, balance, and recognize problems with passenger and light truck tires.
• Shuttle customers, deliver tires, and pick up parts as needed in day-to-day operations.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis with a clean presentation.
• Follow industry standards for installation, repair, and replacement of tires.
• Be self-motivated and promptly address what needs to be done.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday.

• Experience:
  
  Prefer multiple years of experience; mechanically minded.
• Licenses:
  Driver's license required;
  State inspection license and IM certification are a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Ability to lift heavy assemblies; knowledge of tire mounting, balancing, and problem recognition.
• Presentation:
  Clean, professional presentation for daily customer interaction.
• Disposition:
  Service and detail oriented.
• Training:
  Willingness to obtain missing licenses with company assistance.
