Full Time parts position for an experienced Ford counter person, wholesale experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities- Answer phones
- Respond to emails
- Process both online and phone orders
- Efficiently operate email, phones, collision link, repair link, and DMS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service on a continuous basis
- Process and manage customer returns in a timely manner
- Follow established inventory control and management processes
