Master Automotive Service Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Automotive Service Technician with a minimum of 8 years in the industry. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in diagnostics, able to work independently, and comfortable handling a wide range of repairs across all makes and models.

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnostic work (check-engine, drivability, electrical)
• Steering and suspension repair
• Brake and hydraulic systems
• HVAC system repair
• Welding and fabrication
• Minor and major engine repair
• General automotive repairs as needed

Additional shop responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment. End-of-day duties include:

• Sweeping and mopping work areas
• Emptying trash receptacles
• Keeping personal bays organized and clean

Applicants must:

• Have 8+ years professional automotive experience
• Be detail-oriented and professional
• Work well with a team in a busy shop environment
• Be able to diagnose and repair with minimal assistance
• Provide their own tools and diagnostic equipment
• (Specialty tools are provided by the shop for shared use)
• Be able to provide a detailed résumé with references

Automotive trade schooling is a plus, but not required —
experience speaks louder than words.
