Launch Support Specialist

Role Overview

The Launch Support Specialist at Nuvia Dental Implant Center plays a critical role in supporting the successful opening of new centers nationwide. This position requires working with the Launch Manager to help coordinate the logistical, technological, and operational setup of each new location. The ideal candidate is a Dental Assistant with surgical experience and is a hands‑on problem solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills who can travel most weeks of the year and thrives in a dynamic and ever‑changing fast‑paced environment.

• Help the Launch Manager coordinate with vendors to schedule equipment deliveries, installations, and training.
• Assist Launch Manager track and confirm that all packages both clinical and sedation arrive and are accounted for by doing inventory and communicating with the procurement team to ensure all supplies have arrived before launch.
• Work closely with the Launch Manager to ensure that at least 1 team member is onsite 4 weeks prior to opening to receive packages and supplies before the Launch team arrives for set up.
• Assist Launch Manager with updating the launch week calendars and pre‑launch checklists (Standard or Expedited Launch).
• Maintain and update the launch resource formulary to reflect evolving center needs.
• Support Launch Manager in creating a clear launch timeline and executing each launch.
• Identify and address potential issues that may impact the success of the launch, and support the Launch Manager to develop contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure all providers have MSP and dosespot accounts, with the ability to access before launch week.
• Assist with sedation set up and inspections, working closely with Launch Manager to ensure supplies and equipment are ready for launch or inspections.

• Assist Launch Manager with coordinating travel accommodations for the Launch week.
• Travel during set up weeks to unbox and inventory clinical and sedation supplies.
• Attend and participate in the final facility walkthrough with the Construction Manager & Launch Manager; document and assign final tasks.
• Be present on‑site during launch week to assist Expansion Manager and Clinical Support Specialist with management of the training schedule and to manage activities and troubleshoot issues in real time.

• Proven experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations.
• Certified Dental Assistant (Required) – Surgical or implant experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Nuvia protocols, implant systems, and digital workflows highly preferred.
• Strong belief in accountability, adaptability, and creative problem‑solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage several competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking with all levels of staff and external vendors.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%+), rent a car as needed and work flexible hours including some weekends for set up and launches.
• Proficiency in project tracking software (e.g., , Asana) and common office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
