Overview

KUTV is seeking a detail oriented and organized Marketing Assistant for our Director of Sales and Marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently work with the station staff and managers
  • Answer phone calls and deliver messages promptly
  • Provide reports to the sales managers
  • Maintain scheduling and calendars
  • Organize events
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • 3+ years  Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant required
  • Skilled with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
  • Experience with business writing and correspondence
  • Skilled with multi-line phone system
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
