Role Description

Evergreen North America Industrial Services is growing and we re looking for an Office Manager to support our Salt Lake City branch operations. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to support for operations, payroll, HR coordination, and office administration in an industrial services setting.

What You ll Do
  • Coordinate daily office operations
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and HR processes
  • Assist with invoicing, purchasing, and job documentation
  • Partner with field leadership and corporate teams
What We re Looking For
  • Office management or administrative experience
  • Strong organization, communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with office equipment and technology essential for maintaining an efficient work environment.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Punctuality, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in construction, industrial, or field-based environments is a plus
