Administrative Assistant opportunity at our Salt Lake City office. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients, supporting both the clinical team and overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Manage scheduling and appointment coordination for clinicians
- Maintain client records in compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA standards
- Support billing processes, including insurance verification and invoicing
- Assist with onboarding new clients and collecting intake documentation
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including reports, correspondence, and meeting coordination
- Contribute to maintaining a warm, supportive, and professional environment for clients and staff
- Administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Familiarity with electronic health records (Simple Practice)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay Range: $15-$20/hr DOE

Schedule can be flexible or hybrid after training and proficiency is demonstrated. Paid on-the-job training.
