Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership
Salt Lake City, UT (In-Office | Must be local)
$29/hour (approximately $60,000 annually, based on 40 hours/week)
This role is ideal for early-to-mid career Executive Assistants (3–5 years of experience) who have already supported multiple senior or C-suite leaders within fast-paced corporate environments and are ready to continue developing along a professional administrative career path.
This role is not an operations, program management, admissions, coordinator, or people-management position.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Provide executive-level administrative support within a shared services / administrative pool
- Support multiple senior leaders, including C-suite executives
, with changing coverage needs - Independently manage multi-time-zone calendars
, resolving conflicts with sound judgment - Coordinate internal and external meetings, including senior-level video and conference calls
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Partner with conference services on logistics, catering, and guest coordination
- Operate with awareness of deadlines, priorities, and shifting demands in a fast-moving environment
- 3–5 years of recent Executive Assistant experience
- Direct experience supporting multiple senior leaders or C-suite executives simultaneously
- Background in a large, fast-paced, highly structured organization
- Proven expertise in complex calendar and travel management
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and executive communication skills
- Prior experience in financial services, government, or large corporate enterprises
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom
- Experience with SAP Concur or similar expense platforms
- Professional experience in a global corporate office environment
