KUTV is seeking a detail oriented and organized Marketing Assistant for our Director of Sales and Marketing.
Responsibilities- Efficiently work with the station staff and managers
- Answer phone calls and deliver messages promptly
- Provide reports to the sales managers
- Maintain scheduling and calendars
- Many and varied administrative duties
- 3+ years' Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant required
- Skilled with Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
- Experience with business writing and correspondence
- Skilled with Multi-line phone system
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
