The Project Coordinator works with the Billing and Estimating Manager, Director of Thermal Service, Thermal Service Manager, Service Coordinators, Service Sales and customers for HVAC Projects. This is a high volume, detail oriented, and fast-paced role supporting several customers and technicians in all our HVAC Service locations. This Coordinator ensures all logistics, materials and technologies align with scope of services.

What You Would Be Doing

  • Focus on projects by working closely with the customer and the service team to provide the high quality work and attention needed.
  • Coordinate between Vertiv, Dispatch and the customer to ensure all logistics, materials and technologies align with scope of services.
  • Conducts hand-off meetings, weekly meetings and updates as needed as well as a Close-out meeting to review how the job went and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides reports and analysis; tracking updates, issues and any follow up as needed ensuring we are on time and within budget.
  • Ensure proper close out of project in a timely manner. Gathers all required paperwork and assists with billing and invoice submission as needed.
  • Assist with customers’ portals as required. Includes providing updates to the customer on delays, scheduling, invoice submission.
  • Creates Method of Procedure (MOP) to meet customers’ requirements for job completion.

Minimum Requirements To Apply

  • High School Diploma is required;
    Some college preferred
  • Proven record of full-time recent and relevant project coordination required;
    Prior HVAC/Thermal Services experience preferred
  • Experience with customer portals and basic project coordination
  • Experience with or assisting with purchase orders, bids, and subcontracts is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work consistently in a volume–driven, fast–paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Highly proficient with Excel
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work in a hybrid workplace requiring office attendance approximately 24 hours per week including Tuesdays
  • Able to drive locally to customer sites and travel to the other DVL offices as needed

The salary pay range is $63,000 - $70,000/year plus bonus based on relevant project coordination experience.
