Reporting to the Department Managers, the Administrative Assistant will assist with maintaining the office environment, provide assistance to Manager, assisting with the coordination of fleet items, and while maintaining excellent relationships with trades, subcontractors, and clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order, stock, and maintain inventory of supplies for office
  • Assist with overflow of Product Orders
  • Document and route paperwork
  • Maintain welcoming and tidy environment in Lobby and Common Areas
  • Great and direct visitors
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings
  • Meal orders for meetings, classes, etc.
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
  • Document control
  • Other duties as assigned
