Social Services - Admissions Office Assistant

Legacy Village of Taylorsville is hiring a PRN Admissions Office Assistant to support efficient admission. This is an entry-level role with the potential to help local families and patients along their healing journeys without the commitment of a full-time schedule.

Salary: $25.00/hour plus time and a half on holidays
. You work as needed, Monday - Friday. This is not a set schedule with guaranteed hours.

YOUR DAY AS A PRN ADMISSIONS OFFICE ASSISTANT

You coordinate with hospitals and community organizations to ensure smooth admissions services for patients. You treat every person respectfully and professionally as you arrange admission, perform data entry, verify insurance, and authorize medical services. You handle other clerical tasks as needed to support smooth patient flow. You come in as needed to support admissions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience is a bonus but not required for this entry-level clerical position. Medical knowledge is a plus. Our ideal candidate has:
