Job SummaryAnswers the travel phone line. Answers emails and teams chats about frequently asked travel questions. Processes Concur requests.
ResponsibilitiesReviews and processes emails, requests and related forms; reviews them for accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance with University and department policies, procedures and regulations.
Answers inquiries that may result in a search for records.
Answers, screens and routes incoming telephone calls.
Navigate a variety of university software and systems.

Must be a current University of Utah student.
PreferencesOne year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. Must have Outlook and Teams experience.
