** O.C. Tanner Retail Store is seeking a detail-oriented
** Accounting Clerk
** to support a variety of day-to-day accounting and administrative functions. This role will assist with maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and supporting multiple departments as needed.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Review, correct, and post sales transactions
* Prepare and run month-end financial reports
* Reconcile vendor statements and ensure invoice accuracy
* Generate vendor and marketing reports
* Submit and track co-op reimbursement requests
* Research and resolve customer claims, discrepancies, and account issues
* Provide support to customer service and other departments as needed
* Assist with special projects and additional administrative tasks

* Qualifications:

*** Minimum of two years of accounting-related work or academic experience
* Previous experience with general ledger coding is helpful
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
